Payment Policy
The only surprise we want in our office is for you to have excellent chiropractic results. What we don’t want is to have a financial surprise. Our experience has shown that it is wise to have an understanding with our patients about our financial polices and fees.

Payment is expected at the time of treatment; however, it has always been our policy to work with those individuals who need the care. If you are going to need a payment plan, please talk to our receptionist about your needs.

We accept MasterCard and Visa for your convenience.

Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, our office will complete any necessary reports (one time) and forms at no charge, and file them with your company to help you collect. However, please remember, the insurance policy is between you and your insurance company. We did not purchase the policy and we are not responsible for what the insurance company will or will not pay. If you have insurance and we have verified your benefits and your deductible has been met, then you will need to pay your percentage that you do not have coverage for or your co-pay. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee payment from your insurance company. It is only a description of benefits as quoted to us by your insurance company. Some insurance policies or PPO plans do not cover all services rendered. You are responsible for all services rendered regardless of the insurance or PPO plan. Only those PPO plans that I have signed a contract am I responsible to accept agreed payments. Your insurance card will indicate if we are a member of your PPO.

The list below is a list of PPO's that I know I am a member, sometimes I am a member of a PPO and I do not know it. This is why it is necessary to call your insurance carrier to make sure I am or am not a member.
